   The Cedar Ridge show team had a great show in Northampton, MA  June 10-12.  Catie Donahue and Just Hot To Trot heated up the 13 and under hus and wp taking 2nd under both judges earning points her first 13 & under class.  GREAT job Cate!  
   Rockin Rolex had his first under saddle show this season and placed in green and jr. WP with Kim and was 3rd in Novice am and 4th in am. WP with Scott O'Connell!!  Way to start out Rocky and Scott! 
   Finest Invitation  aka "Bailey", made his show ring debut in halter geldings with Sue O"Connell placing 4th in novice am geldings and 5th in am. geldings.  Also making his riding debut "Bailey" and Kim got into the ribbons in Jr. HUS out of 11 his first time out and 2nd time ever at a show. AWESOME!
   Brucie Donahue competed in her first trail class with Talkin To The Max and was 1st under both judges!  Congrats. Brucie!  Brucie and "Max were also top 3 in Adult walk trot pleasure and horsemanship under both judges.

     July 5-11 the team traveled to Cobleskill, NY for the Liberty Circuit.  Caleb Bisson and Kings Dashing Denver brought home small fry circuit championships in trail (winning under all 5 judges) and pleasure and reserve in horsemanship. GREAT job Caleb! 
     Kim and Rocky were 3rd in green wp and 1st in jr. wp the first day, 3rd and 4th in green and 5th in Jr. Thursday and Scott O'Connell rode Rocky on Saturday to a 3rd in NSBA, 2nd and 4th in novice am and 3rd and 5th in am WP, GREAT job Scott!  
    2 yr. old KM Miss Flashy made her trip to a show and debuted in 2 yr. old open mares with Kim placing 3rd, 1st with Sue O'Connell in novice am and 4th in am mares! And then was shown in 2 yr old LL with Kim and was 2nd and 3rd the first day and 3rd under both Saturday.  We are excited about "Sophies" future!!  
    Catie Donahue and "Dino" were 3rd in both novice youth and youth 18 & under HUS in VERY tough competition! GREAT job Catie and Dino! 
   Brucie and Max congrats on your 3rd in w/t pleasure with stiff competition.

The team will travel to Keene NH and Cobleskill, NY in August, check back for more results!

   The Cedar Ridge show team started the 2011 season off in Northampton, MA at the Mass Novice AQHA show April 16 and 17.  While the weather was not cooperating the team still shined and started the season off with great results.  Caleb Bisson made his debut in the 10 and under walk trot division on "Denver" and brought home a 2nd and 3rd in showmanship, a 2nd and 5th in pleasure and 6th in horsemanship out of 11 exhibitors.  Great job Caleb!  Catie Donahue made her debut in the novice youth division; moving up from walk trot last year.  In large classes with tough competition Catie did not make it into the ribbons but held her own and did a great job.  Very proud of her, her first cantering class with 22!  Great job Catie! All your classes had over 20 exhibitors!
Sue O'Connell haltered Toby for the first time and won Novice Amatuer halter geldings! Glad you gave it a shot Sue!! Also trying Novice Am showmanship for the first time Sue was 6th out of 18, 2nd in Novice Am. pleasure, and 6th in Novice Am hunter under saddle and in Novice Am. trail.  Way to start the season Sue!!

   May 5-8 Mom and boys travelled back to Northampton for the Mass spring AQHA show.  With over 600 entries our team held their own in VERY competitive classes.  Caleb competed thursday in showmanship, winning 2nd and 3rd, pleasure was 5th and horsemanship 6th out of 14 exhibitors. Saturday he was 1st and 3rd in showmanship and though he was just out of the ribbons in 7th place in pleasure or horsemanship, Caleb and Denver did a great job out of 16! Sue and Toby competed in showmanship Thursday and Saturday and were 6th and 7th in TOUGH competition! Also in pleasure, horsemanship and trail just out of the ribbons.  So proud of Sue and Tobys progress.  Looking forward to this great team this season!
